Ingredients
1 cup gluten free oats
1 cup GF flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 scoops (optional) plant based protein powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I prefer dark, but add what you like)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 eggs
1/2 stick of soft butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix the dry ingredients together
Mix the wet ingredients together and add to dry mixture
Make into a ball then put in freezer for 10 minutes
Remove from freezer and scoop into 1-2 inch balls, and place on greesed pan, give a light press to each ball with a fork
Bake 12-15 minutes, pull out of oven, leave on pan 2-3 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool, enjoy (I always eat one hot).
