Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oats

  • 1 cup GF flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 scoops (optional) plant based protein powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I prefer dark, but add what you like)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 eggs

  • 1/2 stick of soft butter


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix the dry ingredients together

  3. Mix the wet ingredients together and add to dry mixture

  4. Make into a ball then put in freezer for 10 minutes

  5. Remove from freezer and scoop into 1-2 inch balls, and place on greesed pan, give a light press to each ball with a fork

  6. Bake 12-15 minutes, pull out of oven, leave on pan 2-3 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool, enjoy (I always eat one hot).
